At Club Savannah, the formation of teams and the selection of their tournament schedules are meticulously planned processes, designed to foster optimal development, challenge, and success at every level. We understand that there are distinct sets of demands at each program level, from our Local to our Mizuno teams, and our goal is to align these demands with the unique characteristics of each roster.

When constructing teams, we carefully consider individual player skill sets, athletic potential, experience, and commitment levels. This thoughtful pairing of talent allows us to create cohesive units that are both strong individually and collectively.

Simultaneously, we strategically select tournament schedules that complement the make-up of each team. The aim is to create a pathway that will push them to execute and meet the demands upon them, while still ensuring they experience a crucial balance of challenge and achievement. This means that while some schedules will be intensely competitive to prepare for collegiate play, others will prioritize foundational learning and consistent application of new skills.
