serving and Serve / Pass clinics

Each session is designed to improve the skills of passing and serving, 2 of the most critical skills to becoming a successful volleyball player. Specifically, we will be working on proper passing techniques, repeatable movements in serve recieve, the correct footwork, hand contact, and execution of serving. Players will be put in situations to understand the technical and repeatable positioning that is required to be a good passer and server.
