serving and serve/pass 

For beginner & intermediate players, this camp will focus on the skills of passing and serving, 2 of the most critical skills to becoming a successful volleyball player.

 

Specifically we will be working on proper passing techniques, repeatable movements in serve receive, the correct footwork, hand contact & execution of serving. Players will be put in situations to understand the technical and repeatable positioning that is required to be a good passer and server.
