I just finalized my personal statement for masters in anesthesia programs, and I wanted you to know that I actually included a truth that you taught me at club savannah.
"I have always been told by my sports coaches that you grow the most when you are uncomfortable, and the first day of clinic was the definition of uncomfortable. I had difficulty communicating with patients and local doctors, and it was clear I needed practice at vitals. However, by the end of the day it was smooth sailing, and by the end of the trip I was a pro."
I remember you saying this to me so well at JEA one day, and I just wanted you to know how much you impact players lives even if it doesn't involve volleyball. Thanks for all you taught me both on and off the court.

I’ve been terribly busy and never got around to thanking each of you for everything you taught Abby on the court and off the court. I remember her first tournament and Matt said it was a process. I never understood until later, but now looking back I can see the process and how much Abby progressed every year and that was not just Abbys drive but it was the club and the coaches. The things that stood out to me the most besides her skills were developing patience, becoming a leader and realizing that a team is more than one person.
You gave her a great foundation to carry with her through college. It was a real thrill for us to see it all click during her last club season and was truly a highlight to some frustrating yrs at times which in the long run probably made her a stronger player that could adjust to change.
I think she missed 2 practice’s ever with clubSAV and high school. I’m pretty sure she never not wanted to go to practice either. She is definitely determined and very focused on her goals and doesn’t mind telling others to stop their whining. I think all things are possible at this point and we are excited to watch Abby in this next journey and what she achieves.

Audrey has started spring practice and I'm floored watching her at practice. Y'all have done an INCREDIBLE job! She is a different player now. I don't recognize my daughter. She has vastly improved her game both physically and mentally. Thank you so much!!!

She has been the A10 conference rookie of the week for the past 3 weeks in a row and would not be playing at this level if it were not for Club Savannah. She really had a great experience! Nothing but praises on my end with Club Savannah’s volleyball program! Thank you all very much for everything that you all are doing to provide club training venue in competitive volleyball for my girls to have the opportunity to participate in, grow and improve their volleyball skills, and play in highly competitive club volleyball tournaments! Making new friends and bonding closely with their teammates is an added bonus too for them! They are having a blast!
